Nylund's Collision Center

Amazing service! Rob and his team saved my 4Runner and my sanity! Nylund's quality, mechanical symphathy, integrity, and customer service are fantastic, and I'm now a customer for life! Another shop replaced my roof, but the sunroof leaked whenever it rained. Rob's team took the roof liner down, inspected everything, cleaned out the drains, re-sealed the welds, put a new liner around the sunroof, straightened out the glass in its frame, etc, etc...No more leaks! On top of that, I received a brief status report about the rest of the body, like things to keep an eye on and what looked good to go. Amazing attention to detail and very kind people to work with! Now my dogs and I c…

I cannot say enough good things about Nylunds and the incredible, communicative Team that work there. Rob and his staff emailed me at least one a week to let me know what was going on, and what to expect next, which helped with the stress of a two month long wait for the insurance company to decide what they were going to do with my vehicle. They apologized for the delays, even though they were not at fault. I had selected Nylunds as they are a Certified Toyota repair facility, and as I said, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were, providing some good insight on how to deal with my situation. Even though thrught the ordeal the vehicle was eventually totaled, I'll be sure t…

I wish I had the ability to give Nylund's Collision Center 10 STARS. From the very first phone call, the amazing people at Nylund's were respectful and willing to help me out with the situation I was in. My truck was hit by a driver that was insured by a very difficult to work with insurance company and Nylund's assured me through their words and actions that they had my back the whole time. Never once did I feel alone in the process and they contributed, using their expertise, to a very positive outcome. I would recommend Nylund's to all of my family and friends and anyone looking for the best experience when it comes to auto repair and helping the customer get what …

This is how every business should operate! I was referred to Nylund’s by lexus after a very minor “love tap” by another vehicle. I wanted to be sure I wasn’t missing anything. Riley took my call and after explaining the situation and that a young driver was waiting for my call to find out if any issue existed, she made an immediate appointment for inspection. Riley came out, crawled under the bumper, checked the alignment etc and announced the bumper was fine. She noted a few slight scratches and offered to have them buffed out. The employee came out, cleaned the area and buffed it to perfection. Riley wouldn’t accept payment or a gratuity and said they are a family owned company that re…

I am happy to share a 10/10 experience with Nylund’s. I brought my car to Nylund’s after someone backed into my beautiful Lexus. I did my research to see who provides the BEST repair services in the Denver area. Nylund’s….hands down! I was going through the other person’s insurance and the insurance company recommended other repair places. I wanted it done right and to a high standard. I insisted on Nylund’s and not some unknown collision place. I reached out to the shop about a situation that was caused by a former employee. Rob, the owner, answered immediately with concern and wanted to know what had happened. I shared my concerns and Rob was sincere about how he could help. He dug into…
